Sylvanas is a tricky individual and it is uncertain whether the undead can experience feelings other than hatred (though she demonstrates feelings of affection in her history).

In canon, Sylvanas is a banshee who possessed her dead body. She is not technically dead. She is not technically alive. Rather she's somewhere in between and that may make things a little complicated. In Prismatica, she's more alive than she is dead.

I have no personal issues with her being intimate with others.
